Nova Dental Implant Centres (“NDIC”) are a group of independently owned dental practices, operated by licensed dental practitioners. All clinical services are provided exclusively by registered dental practitioners in accordance with Australian law.

The sponsored social media advertisements and landing pages (“marketing campaign”) is published by The Viral Digital Agency Pty Ltd pursuant to a commercial agreement with NDIC. Any statements or representations made in connection with the marketing campaign are made solely by The Viral Digital Agency Pty Ltd.

The Viral Digital Agency Pty Ltd receives financial remuneration for providing this marketing service. Use of NDIC names or trademarks is under license.

2. Dental Offer Details

Eligible participants may receive a complimentary Dental Implant Smile Makeover Package (valued at $1,000), including consultation, CBCT scan, treatment plan, and funding guidance or assistance.

The package has no cash alternative and is at NDIC’s sole discretion.

3. No Obligation & Independent Advice

Participation in this Marketing Campaign and Dental Offer does not create any obligation to proceed with treatment. If treatment is proposed, patients must obtain independent medical and financial advice before proceeding.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, both The Viral Digital Agency Pty Ltd and NDIC exclude liability for any failure to obtain such advice.

Superannuation access under ATO compassionate release or third-party finance is subject to eligibility and approval. Neither The Viral Digital Agency Pty Ltd nor NDIC control, guarantee, or warrant approval.

Patients must obtain independent financial advice before funding treatment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, patients indemnify The Viral Digital Agency Pty Ltd and NDIC against claims arising from reliance on funding or superannuation applications.

8. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All website content, images, videos, trademarks, and materials are the property of The Viral Digital Agency Pty Ltd or NDIC. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used commercially without express written consent.

Prohibited uses include:

Misrepresentation of affiliation with NDIC
Any unlawful, misleading, or harmful conduct
Unauthorised use of patient content, testimonials, or case materials

12. Force Majeure

Neither The Viral Digital Agency Pty Ltd nor NDIC will be liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain issues, government actions, pandemics, ATO delays, natural disasters, or IT/network outages.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes must first be referred to good-faith mediation in the state of Brisbane. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

14. Entire Agreement & Severability

These terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Marketing Campaign, Dental Offer and disclaimers. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
